Assign and forward requests
In the Connect Staff mobile app, after selecting your property, choose the desired request category. Click on the request you would like to assign or forward.
Press the 3 dots at the upper right corner to view additional options. To assign the request to a member of your team, choose Add User, then select the team member. To forward the request to a request group (i.e. Housekeeping, Maintenance), click Forward, then choose the group.
