To create a new request in iOS
- Tap the create icon as shown in the screenshot
- Select from the available new requests listed
- Fill in all appropriate responses including additional name or location information
- Tap the Create button when finished
To create a new request in Android
- Tap the circle with plus located in the lower right corner of the device screen
- Select the appropriate request type
- Fill in all appropriate responses including additional name or location information
- Tap the Send icon when finished
Request Options
The questions posed by requests are customizable and defined per request. Each option will relate back to the primary question being posed. For example in a request for fresh towels there might be an additional question for the number of towels being requested.
