When your company purchases a Monscierge product, they are asked to provide up to five users who will have Console permissions. To set up these users within our CRM and Console, Monscierge needs the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number (if different from company main-line)
- Job Title
After your Template is built in Console, our Support team will assign permissions to these users and send them their console credential emails, titled;
"Monscierge | Welcome to Console"
These emails contain your username and password, as well as links to our Help Desk and training materials.
If you have a change of staff that involves someone else needing Console credentials, please email or submit a request with the above information and your company name, and we'll get you taken care of!
