Issues with the touchscreen

  • Is the touch not accurate?
  • Is there no touch at all?
  • Are touches being picked up with nobody in front of the screen

Please start by cleaning the screen : See: Touchscreen Cleaning and Maintenance

If the issue is not resolved please contact support either via a web support ticket or email support@monscierge.com

We will then guide you through preforming a re-calibration of the screen that should only take 5 minutes.
