Mobile app does not load

  • Is the app not loading up?
  • Is the app crashing?
  1. Force close connect staff app
  2. Turn off all data types (WiFi and mobile)
  3. Open the Connect Staff app again
  4. Wait for it to try and load, this time it should take you to the log in screen.
  5. If that happens, turn back on your data connection and login.
