Mobile app does not load
- Is the app not loading up?
- Is the app crashing?
- Force close connect staff app
- Turn off all data types (WiFi and mobile)
- Open the Connect Staff app again
- Wait for it to try and load, this time it should take you to the log in screen.
- If that happens, turn back on your data connection and login.
