When your company purchases a Monscierge product, they are asked to provide up to five users who will have CMS permissions. To set up these users within our CRM and CMS, Monscierge needs the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number (if different from company main-line)
- Job Title
After your Template is built in CMS, our Support team will assign permissions to these users and send them their console credential emails, titled;
"Monscierge | Welcome to Connect CMS"
These emails contain your username and password, as well as links to our Help Center and training materials.
If you have a change of staff that involves someone else needing CMS credentials, please email or submit a request with the above information and your company name, and we'll get you taken care of!
